⏰Initial Drops

For Ticketmaster they have introduced a new queue system. This means that you can only join the queue once per account and phone number. On drop times make sure you join the queue when it goes live, this is usually 10 minutes before the release. You may need to SMS verify to join the queue you can do this via text / email so make sure you have your devices on hand.

Once you have entered the queue you will be given a random place and once passed you will be able to purchase tickets. With the new Ticketmaster queue system it will always tell you you are 2000+ in the queue when you may actually be 20,000 for example. For you to check the exact position you in the queue do the following on the queue page:

1. Press CTRL U

2. Once the new page comes up press CTRL F

3. Paste usersInLineAheadOfYou

For AXS most of the events will be queue based where you will be given a random place in the queue and once passed the queue you will be able to purchase tickets for this it is best to be pre logged into your account. We advise setting up as many chrome profiles as you can which you can do by clicking the profile icon and adding many and then joining the queue on each one. You can also use the channel #queue-pass-guide which will essentially directly skip the queue on your browser so that you are immediately brought to the purchase ticket page, this is perfect if you are wanting to buy certain ticket types and for in demand events which tend to go out of stock within minutes.

For See Tickets / Gigs & Tours we recommend being pre-signed into your account 10 minutes before the release. Remember you can also go onto an in stock event, cart some random tickets & complete the captcha puzzle. This will come in very handy for when the actual tickets release as when they drop you won't need to do another captcha puzzle which can save you seconds which is crucial when trying to secure instant sell out events. When the timer is counting down you will need to be constantly spamming refresh until you see ticket options appear.
