πŸ“Listing On Stubhub

When listing on Stubhub, Just like Viagogo you will want to figure out your ticket type. Around 90%+ of your tickets will always be e-tickets. On the off chance your tickets are paper click that type and Stubhub will give you a free shipping label to send them to the buyer once they have sold.

For all remaining ticket types we will explain when you should use the correct ticket type:

E-tickets - These are for all tickets that have been sent to you as a PDF download I.E "Print at home" tickets. They can also be QR codes tickets within your account which you will need to screenshot the barcode. These will need to be converted into PDF format.

Mobile Ticket Transfer - These are tickets that you can only transfer within the online ticket provider. For example AXS is mobile transfer only as you cannot screenshot the QR codes as they constantly change. Ticketmaster also turn this on for some events so it can be easier to directly transfer the tickets to the buyers account. Please familiarise yourself with the term "Dynamic Barcode" as we will regularly use this. It means that the barcodes constantly change so depending on the ticket provider the only way for you to sell these tickets is by a mobile transfer. (Screenshots / PDFs will not work in this instance)

When Stubhub ask when you'll have the tickets always click you will deliver them later and then select the latest date further down the line that it lets you select. This is just precautionary as tickets can sometimes be delivered to us late or they may end up completely changing the ticket type so It's best for us to deliver them as late as we can in case anything changes.

Here you will enter all the seating details you've received from your order confirmation. Make sure you triple check your correct Sections and Rows as you can be fined and have your sale cancelled if the information is incorrect. Also Make sure you always enter the correct Face Value of the tickets (What you purchased them for) Don't put a random number here as if you enter the wrong Face Value if it's too high, buyers can complain and try get an order cancelled etc.

Stubhub lets you sell all the tickets together or it lets you sell as any quantity but it won't leave you a single ticket on It's own. So if you have 6 tickets for example it will allow the listing to sell as 2,2,2 or 3,3. Like with Viagogo we recommend to sell all the tickets together unless you are selling a large quantity, then you can do a split.

Here you can set your listing price for the tickets. It will show you the Website live price, the fees and what your payout will be. First check to see what the current website live prices are and base your input price around this. You can always edit your listing price in your account.
