🎟️TICKETMASTER TRANSFER

When delivering tickets via Ticketmaster sometimes the only way you can send tickets is via a Mobile Transfer, this is done through their app. You first want to check if the "Transfer" button is turned on, in this case it is so we would transfer the tickets to the buyers Ticketmaster account.

You cannot screenshot these new dynamic barcodes as they constantly change just like AXS, as you can see from the screenshot it says "Screenshots won't get you in" so don't attempt to screenshot the barcodes under any circumstances as the buyer will be denied entry. Go ahead and click the transfer button.

Just like AXS you will then be brought to this page to enter the buyers details. Choose the tickets you want to transfer and then copy and paste the buyer's details from wherever you have sold from. After you have clicked continue and it says you have successfully transferred your job is done.

You will receive an email saying the transfer is successful. You can then mark the transfer as complete on your Stubhub / Viagogo sale. Make sure to always keep a screenshot of the email / transfer so you can use this as proof incase any of the two sites need it.
