πŸ“Listing On Viagogo

When listing on Viagogo It's always much easier to first find the live listing page that you are wanting to list for. For this example we'll use Coldplay. Once you have found the Event date look for the green button (Sell Tickets) at the top right of your page and click it.

Once clicked you'll be brought to the listing page. First you will want to figure out your ticket type. Around 90%+ of your tickets will always be e-tickets. On the off chance your tickets are paper click that type and Viagogo will give you a free shipping label to send them to the buyer once they have sold.

For all remaining ticket types we will explain when you should use the correct ticket type:

E-tickets - These are for all tickets that have been sent to you as a PDF download I.E "Print at home" tickets.

Mobile Ticket Transfer - These are tickets that you can only transfer within the online ticket provider. For example AXS is mobile transfer only as you cannot screenshot the QR codes as they constantly change. Ticketmaster also turn this on for some events so it can be easier to directly transfer the tickets to the buyers account. Please familiarise yourself with the term "Dynamic Barcode" as we will regularly use this. It means that the barcodes constantly change so depending on the ticket provider the only way for you to sell these tickets is by a mobile transfer. (Screenshots / PDFs will not work in this instance)

Mobile QR Code - The type most sellers use is Mobile QR Code. This is as simple as finding the tickets within your account and screenshotting the barcode. These are essentially "E-tickets" but just screenshots of them from your account that you can upload as a PDF

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE DELIVERING / TRANSFERRING TICKETS SECTION FOR MORE INFO ON HOW TO SEND SOLD TICKETS.

Here you select how many tickets you would like to sell and how you wish for them to be sold. Dependant on the split type tickets can sell in various different ways.

For example, if I have two Coldplay seated tickets I wish to list I will click the split type "None" as I will want both tickets to sell together. If I click "any" this means that any amount of the tickets can be bought so a buyer can purchase one ticket out of your two if they wish. This would leave you with a single ticket which are much harder to sell so if you ever have an even amount of tickets you should choose the ticket type "None" or "Avoid odd numbers" so that even amounts are sold in blocks of 2,4,6 etc.

For all Standing / General admission tickets you can select the "Any" type if you wish as these can be split up no problem.

Here you can set your listing price for the tickets. It will show you the Website live price, the fees and what your payout will be. First check to see what the current website live prices are and base your input price around this. You can always edit your listing price in your account.
