Around 90% of all tickets you purchase will always be E-Tickets, on the off chance you get paper tickets we recommend to do the following:

If you have sold Paper tickets on Viagogo / Stubhub you can generate a free UPS label which they will give you to send the tickets to the buyer. Make sure to only generate the label once you have the tickets available to ship.

These sites both use UPS so you will be able to arrange a free collection by clicking the "Ready to Ship" button when you are ready to ship them. Follow the steps to print the shipping label and select a collection date and address. Tickets can be collected from home or work addresses. You can also drop them off at a nearby UPS point.

If you sell tickets privately and wish to send paper tickets we recommend to use UPS / Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked and insured so if they get lost in transit you can always claim back the costs.

Make sure to always ship them in an envelope and take pictures / videos for proof of you packaging and posting them so that if there are any issues that arise you have proof to send to Viagogo / Stubhub that you have fulfilled delivery and sent the correct tickets.
