*If you cannot currently see your tickets it may be because AXS have not currently made them live onto buyers accounts yet or you are using a different email account to the one you used to purchase*
Sometimes the tickets may not be delivered instantly so you will see "Pending" under the artists name, This means you cannot currently transfer the tickets as they are not available yet.
You can see if they are ready by clicking on the event.
Below you can see that the tickets are ready and transferrable. When handling tickets via AXS you must know that you can never use screenshots of the barcodes to send to buyers. This is because the barcodes constantly change every 60 seconds. If you were to send a screenshot of the ticket to a buyer it would be void.
You will then be brought to this page to enter the buyers details. Choose the tickets you want to transfer and then copy and paste the buyer's details from wherever you have sold from. After you have clicked continue and it says you have successfully transferred your job is done.
You will receive an email saying the transfer is successful. You can then mark the transfer as complete on your Stubhub / Viagogo sale. Make sure to always keep a screenshot of the email / transfer so you can use this as proof incase any of the two sites need it.
