🛒Cart Drops

Whenever you manage to cart tickets for events for most sites you will have a "Cart Hold" this means you'll have a set time in order to complete the transaction and you'll have the tickets reserved for usually 5-10 minutes whilst you do this.

Nobody else will be able to purchase the set you have in your basket unless the time runs out for you to purchase. Most shows won't sell out instantly as there will be a lot of reserved baskets that may run into errors, people might have issues paying, transactions might not go through as the site is overloaded with traffic or people may just want to release the tickets they have reserved to get better ones etc.

For the first 15-30 minutes of the ticket release, tickets will keep coming available from expired cart holds as described above. We recommend keep refreshing and searching for sets of tickets which can prove to be a little tedious but you may strike lucky and land a pair from a cart drop!
