The Syndicate offers a convenient all-in-one sales and stock tracker which can be edited in Excel (recommended) or Google Sheets. As your inventory increases it's imperative that you keep on top of the admin side of things. This means accounting for all your tickets purchased and your profit / losses on them. Having a tracker like this will make your life much much easier so please put it to good use!

Ticket Data Tab This tab tracks your stock throughout the multiple stages of ownership. Using colour coding, it is extremely easy to keep track of what tickets you have left to sell, what you have sold, what tickets you're required to deliver and which have paid out.

Please ensure you add new ticket purchases to the table by dragging down the previous entry. This is to ensure all the formatting remains intact and prevents any errors in formulas.

Financial Summary Tab This tab gives you an overview of your profit/loss, revenues and inventory. The dashboard updates in real time and gives all time figures. The pivot table can be refreshed by right clicking and hitting refresh, this table can be filtered and gives a month by month overview of what cash inflows you should expect based on sold listings. This is particularly important to keep track of to ensure you maintain healthy liquidity in your business.
